Three C's Properties is a local company that has been in civil construction business in South Louisiana since February, 1994. In this time, Three C's has completed many projects for various groups and has made steady growth in its construction division and trucking division.   In the past few years, we have opened an equipment rental division to one of the top rental companies in the New Orleans area. 

Three C's has an insurance safety rating of .79 and is a Woman Owned Business Enterprise (Women’s Business Enterprise Certified - WBE) certified in the following disadvantaged programs:
